24.11.2007. Allright. All the slots in PCL-IV are now occupied. We're working on seeding the teams into four pots according to their strength (the only criteria is average HatStats in their official games). Soon thereafter, we'll make a random draw to generate the groups (using a simple pair of dice)  :)
