Arriji 3:4 Cardigans The WildCardigans stoe the away victory at The 11 Quest arena, thanks to their excellent attacks on the wings. The narrow win granted them a second place in Group 5 and a promotion to the second stage of the competition.

Boise 3:0 Vrbanjuša One of the strong favourites for the title, Boise Bits of the USA had a slow start of the campaign, but rallied all forces towards the final stages of the group phase. They left no chances to F.K.Vrbanjuša and deservedly qualified to the Eliminations.

Puma's 3:0 Betonári A classic three-nill win over already-eliminated Hungarian team Hrochy - Betonári, plus a favourable combination of circumstances surrounding the other match in Group 7, gifted Blue-Black PUMA F.C. a place in the 1/8-finals.

Lax 1:6 L'stadt The Austrians remain the best team in the competition thus far, having conceded just two goals. The second one came in their away thrashing of Lax Utd in Finland. The match did not any particular significance for the teams, though.

Rebond 1:5 Löntystäjät The other team with a 100%-record after the group stage is Finnish side FC Löntystäjät. Contrary to some fears that they wouldn't try their best in the last game of Group 2, the Finns hammered Hungarian team Rebond Fc very hard, and granted Ankh Morpork promotion.

T'kloof 6:0 Absolut PCL-VI organiser Tamboerskloof completed their remarkable return into the tournament after they missed the opening two games, by showing their best against Group 1 leader FC Absolut Top of Austria, although the result wouldn't change much in the standings.
