Piwi Un 4:3 St. Roberts Clever counter attacking proved a trustworthy strategy for Piwi United, who shocked PCL title holders St. Roberts deep into extra time, Diego Javier Vedia scoring the golden goal.

Frapadonia 0:5 Fcb Jaman Taiwanese club Fcb Jaman made the easiest progress into the quarter finals, since Frapadonia failed to stage a full squad and the match ended 0-5 even before it had started due to forfeit.

FC Lalula 2:0 Raulin's An early red card for Luigi Tenore costed Raulin's the defeat, as FC Lalula comfortably walked past their defense, to score twice and secure their place into the next stage.
